Rutendo is a banker with 19 years experience. He studied Executive Certificate in Treasury Management, Executive Certificate in Credit Management and Certificate in Research Methods with the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds a diploma in Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe. He startedhis banking career at Merchant Bank of Central Africa Ltd which is now MBCA Bank Ltd, a division of Nedbank and moved to Genesis Investment Bank Ltd, Trust Bank Ltd, ZABG Bank Ltd and Allied Bank Ltd where he held several senior positions in various departments including Treasury Front Office.

Fadzayi is currently an Office and Information Manager at the University of Zimbabwe’s College of Health Sciences under the Department of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine. She has been with the university for over seventeen years where she has gained extensive knowledge including applied research, office administration, public relations, executive secretarial, travel management and the management of confidential information.
